My ipods frozen ?

My ipods frozen ?
my ipod does a series of events it firstly goes onto the apple logo whilst dark, then goes on the apple logo whilst light then goes blank. It repeats these events. How do I fix it? Ive tried the Rs and they wont work. Ive also tried charging it and it wont work either. Im worried their is no cure, also it is my year old daughters ipod so she obviously wants it back.

That happend to mine too. I held down the menu button and the dot in the middle or try the dot and the play button. It should work. Leave it then charge it. Or even restore it on itunes. If itunes doesnt recognize it or the play and menu thing doesnt work try take it back to apple if youve had it less than a year they should fix it for free or give you a new one if not, you might have to send it to apple care and pay for it to be fixedbrbrReally good luck. year old daughters can go crazy when others break there things.
